I guess I could say that I got off fairly easy when it came to finals compared to most everyone else. Instead of the three to four finals that 90% of my fellow classmates had to endure, I only had to take two, one of which was open note. There's something about the stress of studying for finals that allowed me to place the impending end of the program in the back of my mind, at least until Friday which in a way I am thankful for.
May. 4: Rhinecruise
As a sending away activity for the semester, our program organizers put together cruise traveling up the Rhine to the Marksburg Castle, one of the very few castles that was never conquered or destroyed.
