SPRING BREAK (week 9)

Spring break was such a great week!! I went to Greece with Masha, Adriana, Melania, and Vivian. We flew into Athens for the first night. We were able to see the Acropolis and explore the town. I absolutely loved Athens, it was beautiful and full of so much Greek history. The next day we took a boat to Paros, a small island in Greece. It was cold, but I loved taking a boat to get there. The boat was like a knock off cruise ship, so that made it feel more boujee, but we also had the lowest economy seats, so that helped bring it back into reality. We also visited Naxos, Greece, another small island. It rained in Naxos almost the entire time, but we had one chance to visit this beautiful beach on the other side of the island and thankfully had a full 30 minutes of sun! So, we took pictures for .2 seconds and then quickly put our winter jackets back on. We ended our week in Athens. We went to a rooftop bar and had drinks while overlooking the Acropolis, that was amazing. That night we stayed in a hostel in the city. Our hostel was freezing cold and by the time we got back, it was around midnight. Our hostel had 3 beds unoccupied, so we figured that no one was coming to join us that night. We took the extra blankets off their beds and ended up waking up to 3 guys sleeping without blankets. We felt bad, but they also didn't ask for a blanket. It was such a great week and I’m so glad I got to enjoy it with these girls!

For academics we had a physiology exam a week after spring break, so I studied for that class throughout spring break, but it was really nice to have a week off from school!
