Week 12: March 28 – April 3
On Monday, we were still on Easter Break, so we didn’t have any classes planned. We began classes on Tuesday and had a lighter class load. We worked the enmodes project on Wednesday during the biomedical engineering students lab. On Friday, we went to the Museum of Anesthesia in Bonn. It was interesting to see how far technology as come in the past several centuries.
On Saturday, we had the international Big Event and all of the AIB students participated. I was in the group that worked at a donation center for refugees. The work entailed sorting out all of the donated clothing into different categories and then storing all of the time in their required places. It was pretty time-consuming and tiring because everything was labeled in German.
