Dublin the Fun

After our Paris excursion was over, a couple of friends and I had planned to go see Ireland.  We headed back to the hotel to work on some homework/relax after our tour of the Louvre before catching our flight to Dublin later that same night.  Our flight went smoothly and we checked into our hostel around 1am.  Shawn, Jay, Elaine, Blake, Ashley, and I then went to grab a late night dinner followed by some pretty amazing milkshakes.  We had a little bit of trouble in pouring our milkshakes into glasses, Blake and Ashley mainly. After that nice meal, Shawn, Jay, and I got a few drinks at pub directly next to our hostel before calling it a night.  The next day our group woke up early to catch a coach tour of practically the majority of Ireland.  It was an all day coach tour that featured a trip to the cliffs of Moher as well as some other beautiful little towns and picturesque locations.  My favorite part of the coach tour was definitely the cliffs.  Everything was just so green and beautiful in Ireland.  One of the most beautiful places I have ever been to, just because it was so lush and green.  We also sat down on the edge of a cliff and dangled our feet over the water.  That night when we returned to Dublin, we had a group dinner at a nice burger place before hitting up a bar/dance club around the temple bar district.  It was a fun night out in Dublin.  The next day was spent being lame and studying at McDonalds the entire day until our flight left to take us back to Bonn.  Overall, this trip was really fun and I especially enjoyed getting to see the cliffs of Moher.  Definitely my fav part of the trip.
