Jumping off mountains and stuff- Week 13

This week we had a very short week since it was the Easter holiday. The school week was spent studying since I knew the weekend I would not be able to study much. We head to Geneva, Switzerland early Friday morning. Once we arrived we all napped till lunch. In the afternoon we went to Lake Geneva and went on a boat tour which was gorgeous. While walking around the town we got to see the broken chair statue, which is a landmark in Geneva that remembers landline victims.

On Saturday we travelled to Chamonix, France which is the location of the largest mountain in Europe Mount Blanc. When we arrived in Chamonix I saw the paragliders and knew that I had to do this. Paragliding has been on my bucket list for a really long time and why not do it in France right next to Europe's tallest mountain. The experience was incredible although was a little scary at first. The views were breathtaking. On Sunday we went to Annecy, France which was a quiet little town, but was so beautiful. On Monday we did more site seeing in Geneva. We went to the United Nations headquarters in Geneva, which was an awesome experience.
