Vienna where to start?

This last week was one of the best weeks I've had in a long time. Vienna was absolutely amazing and so peaceful. The first day was full of adventure as we travelled through the heart of Vienna with a plague doctor as our tour guide. We learned so much history like  how Austria reacted to WWII to where Sigmund Freud lived. On Tuesday some of the host parents to some of my friends came to Vienna and we spent the day with them as they took us on trips to the Vienna palace which was breath taking. My favorite day was probably when we got to see a live concert in St. Anna Katherine where they played classical music like Bach and Beethoven. The days rushed by and we realized that homework which was due on Friday was coming up as we rushed to finish staying up till 2 am practically every night and turning around to get up at 7 am for the next morning. Some of the best food was when we visited the goulash museum. It was cooked with a delicious sauce and superb dumplings. We also tasted a strange type of sausage that as you bit into it cheese oozed out absolutely delicious.
Next, we traveled to Budapest where we had such an amazing time. From going into hot baths to experiencing inexpensive amazing food, it was definitely the place to be for the weekend. It was funny because we had setup a trip to visit a haunted house and as we got there some of the people chickened out and so instead we went to the best burger joint in Budapest, it was kind of like McDonalds. We then saw places like parliament in as well as off the top of castles which was absolutely stunning. Truly one of a kind sights some that I will never forget. This next week is exciting because carnival is coming up and it shouldn't be long before I'm back at it again. But for now thanks for reading!
